Imported Clothing Can Take Upto  7 - 18 working days.


We aim to have your parcel delivered to you within the working days timescales, this is mostly sooner.



All of our items on BeaUnique Boutique UK - Come direct from our supplier to you/your customer.

If there happens to be a delay we will either contact you or let our representatives know.

Royal Mail failed deliveries may be sat in your local depot.

If your parcel is returned to us due to missed deliveries or refusal of parcel you will be required to pay shipping for redelivery.


Please allow  (14 working days saver, 10 working days standard, 21 working days international) before chasing up your order, please ensure it’s non of the items stated above that may take longer before contacting.


Be aware that during holiday periods like Christmas etc, there may be delays, we always let you know the cut off dates for all holidays to please ensure your orders are placed within the cut off so there is no disappointment.

We can not refund,exchange or accept returns on any personalised products, handmade items, lingerie, sale items, digital edits, bathbombs, clearance items, cosmetics or products of a similar nature.



We have the right to refuse & refund any order at any time for any reason.

We do ask all customers to allow up to the delivery timeframes for reciept of their order if wanting to contact us about a missing delivery.

This is to cover additional time in certain products in your order arriving from warehouses for us to package & then book in for dispatch.


Any items / deliveries going missing on saver delivery you will need to personally make a claim with the courier, if you are unsure who this is email us and we can provide you with the courier used for your order.


If it is royal mail and we see it has been a failed delivery it may be sat in your local depot, so you will be advised to contact them.


Refunds will be minus shipping fee.


We take off any products no longer available so everything showing on store is available to order, in rare cases that an item may no longer be available this order will be refunded via the payment method you used.




On Insured Delivery- We will replace any items that have been damaged in transit you MUST email us the day of reciept with images of the damaged product, anything sent after delivery day CANNOT be replaced so you MUST claim for damages within 24hours of reciept of delivery after this we CANNOT replace any damages.

If your parcel is returned to us due to missed deliveries or refusal of parcel you will be required to pay shipping for redelivery along with any return fees example reprint of the label.


If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if this happens you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


* Any errors in our listings are rare, but if found when an order comes through that order will be cancelled & refunded back to your card. If you do come across and discrepancies in our listing please email us.



You have 24 hours to cancel your order but you must have a genuine reason for doing so and this can not include any personalised products or orders that have already been processed.


You will only be refunded for the cost of products & no shipping costs are covered.

Returns for faulty items that arrived damaged and that you no longer want.


Please email for returns address and to request a refund or a credit note returns are only eligible 24 Hours ONCE DELIVERED.


YOU are responsible for the return and costs involved.


Upon receipt of your returned product it will be checked to ensure it is unopened / unused and in original packaging before a refund or credit note can be accepted.


If refused your product will be dispatched back out to you.
